Just this Wednesday, Google made an announcement on the release of Google Gemini. Which makes it seem as though they finally have a chance against OpenAI’s popular ChatGPT. Although Google launched Bard early this year, it has only really trailed behind ChatGPT. Now that seems to be finally changing with Bard’s Gemini update.
Google says the Gemini update on Bard will introduce advanced reasoning, planning, and understanding. Although, Bard is not the only way to access Gemini. It can also be used on the Pixel 8 Pro. For the sake of this article, we will only be showing how to use Gemini with Bard.
How to use Google Gemini on Bard
To use Google Gemini, you will need a Google account. Once you have a Google account, proceed to Bard’s website and log in with your Google account. Then you can type anything you want to ask and NBard will reply using Gemini Pro – which is one of the versions of the large language model (LLM).
Currently, only a piece of Gemini powers Bard. But soon, the chatbot will be able to accept and create audio, videos, and images. Google’s plan is to launch a new version of Bard next year called Bard Advanced, which will make use of Gemini Ultra, the most powerful and capable version of Gemini.
